*Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized items.

Returns and exchange details

Our goal is to provide our customers with jewelry that they will cherish for many years to come and it’s very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our artisans design, make in its entirety and/or finish all of the jewelry in the Argentum Arcana shop by hand, so you should expect to see the small irregularities that are inherit in any handmade item. We believe that it’s those irregularities that give handcrafted items their special charm. We’ve made every effort to give detailed and accurate descriptions of our jewelry regarding dimensions and materials and we’ve taken care to make sure that the photos accurately represent the piece that you are purchasing, however in most cases the photos accompanying the listing will not be of the exact item that you are ordering, but they will be a close representation of what you can expect to receive and they will also include irregularities inherent to artisan work. Please take a moment to carefully review the photos and the item description before placing your order.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and then return it within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund or exchange*. Please understand that custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you have placed a custom order and it does not meet with your expectations, contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

A NOTE ABOUT COMPUTER DISPLAYS: Please be aware that, due to the variations between the color fidelity of computer displays, the color or your item may not exactly match the item as seen on your computer screen.

In regard to ring sizing: it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate ring size when purchasing rings. If you are unsure of your ring size, please have a jeweler measure your finger to determine your correct ring size (U.S. Standard).

*Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer must cover the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges. If the purchase price of the item being exchanged differs from the new item we will either (1) refund the difference if the new item has a lower purchase price or (2) set up a custom order for the additional cost if the item is of a higher price. Exchanges or refunds cannot be issued until we have received the original item back. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping so it is recommended that customers choose a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance when returning an item.
